Vibrant former Public Relations Manager of the PURC, Nana Yaa Jantuah is laying claim to the General Secretary position of the Convention People’s Party (CPP).
There is already a flyer circulating on social media describing Madam Nana Yaa Jantuah as an “unrepentant Nkrumaist” as she vies for the scribe’s slot.
She is also seen as firm and assertive, good team player, committed and loyal, and an administrative expect.
Her joining of the red cockerel family does not come as a surprise to many who know her lineage. Her father, Franklin Adubobi Jantuah, was a founding member of the Convention People’s Party who once served as an Agriculture Minister under Nkrumah’s regime as well as former Chief executive of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly.
Reports suggest her venturing into politics and finally settling down with the CPP is a fulfillment of a promise her father asked of her, on his sick-bed.
