The posture of the founder of Atta-Mills Institute, Koku Anyidoho, concerning the autopsy report of the late president John Evans Atta-Mills, is unwarranted, the family of the deceased has said.

The reaction of the Millses follows the National Democratic Congress (NDC) party’s former Deputy General Secretary’s continuous demand for the autopsy report of his late boss.

Speaking on the Angel Morning Show, the spokesperson for the family, Nana Kwasi Obaatan Afful, asked Mr Anyidoho to refrain from soiling the image of the Millses since his actions are rather deepening their sorrows.

“Atta Mills was not just any ordinary man. Moreover, Koku Anyidoho must know that he is not a family member. Mills came to serve Ghana and hired him as a worker. So now that [Mills] is no more, Koku Anyidoho should let Mills’ name rest peacefully,” he said on the show hosted by hosted by Okatakyei Afrifa-Mensah.

Inferring from Mr Anyidoho’s past, Mr Obaatan Afful quizzed, “When Koku Anyidoho’s son had an accident and died, did he show the postmortem report to the public before waging war for the postmortem report of someone else?”

“Let’s consider Atta Mills statesman factor but what is Koku Anyidoho going to do with the postmortem report should he get it?” he quizzed.

Thus, the Spokesperson asked Mr. Anyidoho to seize his utterances, saying enough is enough because the family has not accused anyone of the death of their beloved.

He concluded by stating that the family including the survivng spouse of the late Jerry John Rawlings, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings holds the view that cancer killed their beloved fellow.
