Radio Personality and Reggae Artiste, Abubakar Ahmed popularly known as Blkck Rasta, has disclosed that he doesn’t smoke weed as many have thought about him.
He asserted that some people have had the perception that those who do reggae music, smoke but that is not the case with him.
“You know that at that time people had the believe that reggae is for those who smoke weed,” he told Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, on the Thursday edition of the Angel Morning Show on May 02, 2024. .
He revealed that he is Vegan and that by nature does not permit him to take weed.
“I haven’t smoked weed before because I am a vegan. I don’t take in meat, anything that has white flour, ice water,” he said this while Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah asked him whether he smokes or not.
Blakk Rasta has recently released a new Album, Salaga Solja available on all streaming platforms.
The Album consists if 20 songs featuring prominent reggae stars such as Anothy B, King Ayisoba and Tiken Jah Fakoly.
