The Member of Parliament (MP) for Amenfi Central, Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has reaffirmed her commitment to bringing major development to the constituency.
According to her, the change the people voted for is beginning to take shape under her able leadership.
In a statement, the MP described herself as a “brave and visionary” leader dedicated to addressing decades of underdevelopment in Amenfi Central.
“Since 1992, Amenfi Central has lagged behind in development in the Western Region. It is as if Amenfi Central is not part of Ghana, and many investors are not interested in coming here,” said Madam Gyan Cudjoe.
According to the MP, her focus is to lobby for critical infrastructure to improve the lives of her constituents.
“My priority is to give my people good roads, potable water, schools, hospitals, CHPS compounds, and all the amenities that make life better — the kind of quality of life enjoyed in places like East Legon,” she added.
Madam Gyan Cudjoe reiterated her commitment to lobbying the central government and development partners to ensure Amenfi Central gets its fair share of national development.
