Founder of Ebenezer Miracle Worship Centre, Rev. Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom, popularly known as ‘Opambour’, has claimed he played a spiritual role in the release of evangelist Patricia Asiedua, also known as Agradaa.
In a video circulating on social media, Opambour said he received a divine instruction while Agradaa was serving her prison sentence, urging him to intercede through prayer.
According to the preacher, he initially questioned the directive, citing the finality of the court’s ruling, but was assured that the case was not beyond divine intervention.
He explained that he followed the spiritual guidance through fasting and prayer, stressing that he did not engage in any form of corruption to influence her release.
“God told me I have to help her gain her freedom. If I don’t, her freedom isn’t guaranteed. Before God revealed this, He showed me that if I fasted and prayed for her, her case would be revisited and she would be freed. That means God has already forgiven her. He knows she insulted me before, but He also knows I am the one to help her,” he uttered.
Opambour further claimed that his obedience led to a reduction in Agradaa’s sentence, which ultimately paved the way for her release earlier this month.
