Gospel Musician, Joyce Blessing, says challenges she encountered in the past have helped reshape her personality, hence, she does not fear downfall again.

The gospel singer who became a topic of discussion sometime in 2020 over marital issues says, the adversities she went through prepared her to become a better person.

Speaking in a one-on-one interview on the Angel Morning Show(AMS) with Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah, Joyce Blessing said Ghanaians had contrary views about her during the time but through God, she managed to withstand them and become a conqueror.

She acknowledged her fanbase for rallying behind her to ensure that she bounced back and indicated that her fans are her source of inspiration.

“Most of the songs I write to minister in a way that makes me stay motivated and strong. My fans are my greatest inspiration, the way they embrace me whenever they see me excites me and their testimonies make me forget these difficult moments,” she said further.

Joyce Blessing told the host “There are moments where I felt discouraged due to the remarks from people about they not accepting a gospel musician with issues to be performing in churches. By all means, these comments will get you down but you just have to stay strong.”

She stated, “These criticisms motivated me to take good care of myself, I’m not scared of downfall because I’m used to receiving them.”
