The National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye also known in the political cycles as Nana B, has threatened to expose the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) following their actions in the controversy regarding the ambulance purchase trial.

Nana B, who sounded the word of caution said that the ruling party will not hesitate to unmask their dirty secrets surrounding the case.

Speaking in an interview on Angel FM/TV’s morning show on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, the Organiser claimed Ato Forson, who is also the Minority Leader, has made several attempts to visit to the Attorney-General at his residence in an attempt to have him drop criminal charges against him (Forson).

“In fact, the Ato Forson in question we are talking, had been to the residence of the Attorney-General on several times on a plea that Godfred Dame dropd the case against him. So if they [NDC] dare us [NPP], we will expose them big time by showing CCTV footages.

“Let me tell you, there were instances he went there with someone to consider the plea of the bargain, so if they dare, we will mention the name of the person and go ahead with all the evidence at our disposal,” he challenged.

Speaking on the same network over the calls for the head of the Attorney-General by the NDC, Nana B said it is a baseless campaign because it won’t happen today or tomorrow under the watch of the ruling party.

“They should shut up and give us a break. Look, the Attorney-General won’t resign today, won’t resign tomorrow.

In fact, Dr. Bawumia is Ghana’s next President in waiting and once that comes to pass and he prefers Godfred Dame should continue, he will continue doing his work as the Attorney-General,” he told Okatakyie Afrifa-Mensah.

According to Nana B, the attitude of the NDC and its leadership over the matter amounts to “wickedness and evilness” and a calculated attempt to make Ghanaians believe their storytelling and concocted lies.
