GNPC honoured at 2024 Ghana CEO awards

GNPC Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) was honoured at the 3rd Edition of Ghana CEO Awards held at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra on Friday July 26, 2024.

The award recognises the many and several social intervention programmes done by GNPC across the length and breadth of this country which includes but not limited to offering of Scholarships (Foreign and Local) to Ghanaians to study at the various tertiary institutions.

Construction of infrastructure such like 160-Bed Dormitories, Classroom Blocks, Sick Bays, Science Laboratories, Sanitary Facilities, Astro Turfs, Construction of thousands of Boreholes, Training of Artisans and providing them with start up tools to begin their entrepreneurial journey, among other things.

Receiving the award on behalf of the body corporate, the Executive Director of GNPC Foundation, Dr Dominic Eduah whose words and language were of measured elegance and sobriety, was grateful to the organisers for recognising the immense contributions of the National Oil Company in the area of CSR which is geared towards improving the quality of life of the people of Ghana.

He praised the entire staff of GNPC for doing a yeoman’s job to make the Company more visible and socially responsible.
