The Chief Executive Director for PIWAK Natural Health Clinic (Producers of 3P Garlic Mixture), Dr Prince Nelson Mortoti, has advised people with joint pains to always take in 3P garlic mixture for their physical well-being.
According to him, his product (3P garlic mixture) which is full of raw garlic belongs to the allium family, which includes onions and leeks, and regular consumption of these foods may alleviate early signs of osteoarthritis.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease, in which the tissues in the joint break down over time. It is the most common type of arthritis and is more common in older people.

He said the potential effects of garlic on longevity are basically impossible to prove in humans but given the beneficial effects on important risk factors like blood pressure, it makes sense that garlic could help you live longer.
According to him, In a 2019 Chinese study from a Trusted Source, older adults who consumed garlic at least weekly lived longer than those who consumed garlic less than once a week.

Such diseases are common causes of death, especially in older adults.

Dr Nelson Mortoti however advised that, regular intake of 3P garlic mixture could also help fight inflammation, reduce cholesterol levels, protect against chronic disease and fights against erectile dysfunction among men.
Adding that, garlic is a popular ingredient that has been linked to a long list of health benefits.
