Carlos Queiroz unveiled as new Black Stars coach

In a notable display of unity and statesmanship, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, visited President John Dramani Mahama and First Lady Lordina Mahama at their residence to offer his condolences and support amid the nation’s recent tragedy.

The Vice President also joined the President, the First Lady, and other government officials, including Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, in receiving the former President.

Mr. Kufuor consoled President Mahama and expressed his support to the government during these challenging times.

Vice President Prof. Jane Opoku-Agyemang, on behalf of the Presidency, expressed gratitude to the former statesman for his thoughtful gesture.

“I joined them and other government officials to receive him and thank him for his thoughtful gesture,” the Vice President shared in a Facebook post.

The visit underscores the spirit of ongoing national solidarity during a deeply difficult time for the country.
