A post on the official social media page of legendary highlife musician, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has confirmed details regarding his passing and upcoming funeral arrangements.
The statement revealed that the Chief of Staff, Honourable Julius Debrah, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, today received a delegation from the Parkoso Ekoɔna Ebusua, the Fosuh Family, and the Funeral Planning Committee of the late icon.
During the visit, the delegation formally announced Daddy Lumba’s passing and confirmed that the One week observation will be held on Saturday, 30th August 2025, at the University of Ghana Sports Complex.
