The Chief Executive Officer of the National Lottery Authority (NLA), Mohammed Abdul-Salam, has achieved a significant professional milestone after being awarded full membership as a Chartered Professional Administrator and Chartered Management Consultant (CMC).
He was honoured at the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC) Ghana graduation ceremony held on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the University of Ghana Law School.
The event brought together hundreds of professionals, with 322 graduates receiving various certifications under the theme: “Mandatory Continuing Professional Education (MCPE) for Peak Performance.”
Mr Abdul-Salam was among a select group of 23 graduands who received full membership status, marking an important step in his career development.

With a strong professional background, Abdul-Salam has previously held senior management roles at the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA). He also holds an International Executive Master’s in Business Administration, a postgraduate diploma from the Paris Graduate School of Management, and an HND in Accountancy from Tamale Technical University.
Celebrating the achievement on social media, he described the moment as a major highlight in his lifelong pursuit of knowledge and professional excellence.
“I am delighted to announce a significant career milestone. I have been awarded the prestigious professional statuses of Full Member, Chartered Professional Administrator and Chartered Management Consultant by CIAMC Ghana. I was honoured to be among the 23 graduands conferred with these highly regarded titles,” he uttered.
