The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the closure of the Premium Passport Application Centres in Accra and Kumasi, effective Friday, 20 February 2026.
In a public statement, the Ministry advised all passport applicants, particularly those with pending applications at the affected centres, to visit the Regional Passport Application Centres for the processing of their applications.
It further encouraged affected applicants to contact the Passport Office Client Service Unit on 0302-754-200 for assistance.
The Ministry assured the public of its continued commitment to delivering quality public service.
