Ghana Embassy in Doha has advised Ghanaian nationals in Qatar to take shelter due to heightened tension in the Asian country.
The Embassy’advise was contained in a statement issued on Saturday, February 28, 2028.
It stressed and warned Ghanaians to stay away from military sites, remain indoors, and avoid crowded areas.
“Due to missile attack and its impact in Doha, please take shelter until further notice, obtain information from official sources,” the notice stated.
The Embassy cautioned anyone exposed to danger to immediately reach out through the emergency lines and advised nationals to keep essential supplies such as medication and food readily available.
