Ghanaian rapper, Kwaw Kese has come under fire from fans after taking a swipe at American singer John Legend following the release of Shatta Wale’s new collaboration, Ain’t Nobody.
In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter) on Friday, March 20, 2026, Kwaw Kese used the Twi phrase “enu neho” which translates to “regretted himself”seemingly mocking John Legend’s involvement in the song.
The comment came shortly after the release of Ain’t Nobody, which has already generated significant buzz among fans, with many praising Shatta Wale for securing an international feature.
However, Kwaw Kese’s remark did not sit well with many social media users, who quickly called him out and defended both Shatta Wale and John Legend.
One fan fired back:
“John Legend enu neho? But the man himself dey post am proudly calling Shatta his brother and say stream ‘Ain’t Nobody’ worldwide! Your jealousy and bitterness enu neho paaa since Abodam days. Shatta still the 1 Don, international level you no fit reach! Go and sleep old man.”
Another user questioned his motive, writing:
“What has Shatta done to you at all? You dey envy am because u guys came in the same era and he’s more relevant than you ntia anaa?”

The backlash highlights ongoing tensions within Ghana’s music space, as fans continue to rally behind Shatta Wale’s international moves while criticizing perceived negativity from industry peers.
Despite the criticism, Kwaw Kese has yet to respond to the reactions trailing his post.
