Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC has issued a formal apology to the club’s supporters over their recent disappointing performances and assured that decisive steps are being taken to turn things around.
The apology was conveyed in a statement signed by the Communications Director of the club, Samuel Sarfo Duku, while acknowledging the concerns raised by the supporters regarding the team’s poor run of results and the continued absence of a substantive head coach.
“We continue to sincerely apologize for the disappointing performances in recent matches,” the statement read in part.
The management and board of the Porcupine Warriors said that they are actively working to appoint a competent substantive head coach whose philosophy aligns with the club’s long-term ambitions.
“We want to assure our cherished supporters that decisive steps are being taken to restore the club to its rightful standards,” the statement added.
