The Mobile Money Advocacy Group Ghana has commended the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Christian Tetteh Yohuno, and the Police Administration for their relentless fight against crime in the country.
On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the group presented a plaque and a citation to the IGP and the Police Administration in recognition of their efforts.

President of the Group, Edward Agyemang Ofori, noted that the IGP’s ongoing intelligence-led operations, which have resulted in the arrest of armed robbers and the prevention of several robbery attempts across the country, are highly commendable.
In addition, the group donated 100 packets of Special Ice bottled mineral water to the Police Service in appreciation of its commitment to combating crime.
Receiving the items on behalf of the Police Administration, the IGP, Christian Tetteh Yohuno, expressed gratitude to the group for the gesture.
He assured the public that the Police Service will continue to work closely with citizens to rid society of criminal elements through sustained intelligence-led operations and community support.
