The Adentan Municipal Assembly (AdMA) has completed four major school building projects as part of efforts to improve educational infrastructure in the municipality.
The projects include an 18-unit classroom block for Otano Presbyterian School, an 18-unit classroom block in the Obentan Electoral Area, a 6-unit classroom block at Amrahia, and a 2-unit classroom block at Ashiyie.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Angel FM’s Kwadwo Baffour, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Adentan, Christiana Ella Esinam Nongo, said the completion of the projects aligns with President John Dramani Mahama’s “Reset Agenda” to improve the standard of education in the country.
She announced that the Assembly will begin distributing 3,641 mono and dual desks to selected primary and Junior High Schools in the municipality in the coming days.

Ms. Nongo also assured residents that her administration will complete all school building projects initiated under the erstwhile Akufo-Addo-led administration to further improve educational infrastructure in Adentan.
On healthcare, the MCE highlighted several projects completed under her administration to strengthen primary healthcare delivery. In line with the “Mahama Cares” initiative, the Assembly completed a maternity ward and a staff bungalow at the Amrahia Clinic, and also provided 13 mechanized boreholes for deprived communities.
“As a woman representing President Mahama in the Adentan Municipality, I will ensure that primary healthcare delivery becomes my number one top priority,” she said.
