Kumawood actor, Yaw Dabo, has announced plans to visit 10 schools in Kumasi free of charge as part of his commitment to inspiring children following his experience at the FIFA World Cup.
The actor said his trip to the global football tournament made him realise the importance of being a role model for young people, adding that he now proudly embraces being seen as a representative for children.
Addressing the initiative, Yaw Dabo said he wanted to give back by spending time with pupils and putting smiles on their faces.
“Ghanaian children, I went to stand for y’all in the States. I will be visiting 10 schools in Kumasi for free so that all the children will be happy,” he said.
The actor’s planned school tour is expected to give students the opportunity to interact with him, hear words of encouragement and celebrate his achievements on the international stage.
