US-based Ghanaian rapper, Nana Wiafe Asante-Mensah, who is well known in the industry as Asem, has declared that Shatta Wale is the real dancehall king.
He said that it is impossible to talk about that genre without acknowledging the greatness of Shatta Wale.
In a video sighted on social media, the ”Give me blow” hitmaker acknowledged some dancehall acts in Ghana claiming he can’t disrespect any of them because the real ones know each other.
The rapper has recently been on the neck of some Ghanaian rappers claiming to be their father and using unprintable words on them.
However, this new video suggests that some legendary acts can’t go unnoticed with the likes of Yogi Dogi, Mad Fish and Shatta Wale who are the ‘baddest’ artistes when it comes to dancehall in Ghana.
Asem joins a tall list of many Ghanaian celebrities and artistes who have declared their love for Shatta Wale due to his huge fan base.
