Lawyer for incarcerated celebrity, Rosemond Brown, also known as Akuapem Poloo has filed two applications at the High Court challenging the sentencing of the celebrity by Circuit Court judge, Christiana Cann.
The actress was sentenced to three months imprisonment for publication of nude pictures of herself and her son.
The first application is an appeal pleading with the Human Rights Court to review the circuit court’s sentencing of his client while the other is a bail application pending trial.
