The President, Nana Akufo-Addo has accepted the nomination of Private Legal Practitioner, Lawyer Kissi Agyebeng as Special Prosecutor for the country.
Kissi Agyebeng was nominated for the position by the Attorney General, Godfred Yeboah Dame, in accordance with the dictates of the Special Prosecutor Law.
His name was subsequently forwarded to the Presidency for consideration.
A letter from the outfit signed by Director of Communications, Eugene Arhin confirmed that the President has indeed accepted his nomination.
