An all-women organization known as Spiritual Women Network has urged pupils in the basic education system and others to make their education a priority by making full use of the opportunity provided to them.

According to the network, doing so will enable them to become fully responsible adults in the future with priorities.

The call made on Friday, July 8, 2022, during a workshop held at Precious Gem Kids Educational Center, SCC Weija, Accra, sought to admonish the school children to first tackle the most important things in life.

Spiritual Women Network aims at empowering women and children with the motto “setting our priorities right for a better future.”

To the network, life is a step-by-step process with each stage and phase demanding different tasks and responsibilities.

Addressing the students, the founder of Spiritual Women Network Mrs Nancy Boafo said that most children these days do not focus on the more important things first in their lives as they sometimes get distracted by the influence of social media, peer pressure, and other activities.

She added that as children, they “need to focus on their education and make it the number one priority in their lives.”

She added: “The essence of inculcating the sense of prioritization must be made consciously by teachers, parents, and other organizations. Hence the importance of having the workshop with Precious Germ Educational Centre.”

“Setting priorities right as children enables them to focus on the most important things at their age, eradicating the indulgence of unwholesome practices for a better future,” Nancy Boafo continued.

Moreover, the co-founder of the network, Miss Mabel Dede Djabatey revealed their commitment to empowering women and children both spiritually and physically to empower others.
