The Chief Executive Officer of Atta Mills Institute, Koku Anyidohu has apologised to the family of the late President Atta Mills.
According to the former aide to President Mills, the responsibilities on him were burdensome and he might have erred along the line.
Speaking on Angel FM’s Anopa Bofo Morning Show on Friday, August 5, 2022, he asked the Head of the of the Atta Mills Family to pardon his errant ways.
“To err is human, I’m on my knees and I’m asking for forgiveness from the Ekumfi Family and the Otuam Family,” he pleaded.
Mr. Anyidoho explained that “the responsibilities were too many. If I didn’t follow the due process, I’m sorry. They should forgive me.”
The Family Head of the Atta Mills Family, Kobina Biney, who also spoke on the show, admitted that the family is happy about the refurbishment of the Asomdwe Park.
When asked if the family knew what killed the former President, Abusuapanyin Biney stated: “Officially, the family does not know what killed Prof.
“Not that the cause of death is not important to us… One of his brothers said that he died of a sickness but they have not shown us the autopsy report to back that claim.
“When Prof. died I was not the Family Head. The then Abusuapanyin has died and the one who succeeded him as well,” the family head added.
