2024 Flagearer hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten has promised to create more jobs when he becomes President of Ghana.
The former Trades and Industry Minister who is currently on a tour to the Oti and five Northern Regions said fulfilling this promise will be his priority as he seeks to cut down on unemplyment in the country.
“The free SHS is allowing several people to be educated but after the free SHS, what must happen is that they must be employed but where is the work to be done? It is this problem that I want to solve…,” he pledged.
Mr Kyeremanten who is among the fore runners in the NPP flagbearer race has been calling on the members of the public to entreat the delegates of the party to vote for him as flagbearer at the extraordinary delegates conference of the party.
Alan who is credited for spearheading the various Presidential Special Initiatives (PSIs) under former President John Kufour and also seeing to the successful implementation of several Trade policies under the Akufo-Addo administration is in the Oti Region for a one-day tour.
