A flagbearer hopeful of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Kojo Bonsu will on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, submit and file his nomination to contest the flagbearership position.

The former boss of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) says schedule for his submitting and filing of the nomination takes place exactly 11:00am at the party’s headquarters, Adabraka-Accra.

His move comes on the back of his formal declaration to lead the party in the 2024 general election as he bid his presidential ambition. It does follow in due process when he picked nomination forms in February.

The forms were picked on his behalf by his representative, Reverend Lilian Osei, when the party announced the opening of nominations on Wednesday, February 22 ahead of the May 13 primaries for both presidential and parliamentary.

Ahead of the primaries, however, three-time presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama, Ernest Kwaku Kobeah, a former finance minister Dr. Kwabena Duffour have all picked forms.
