Alan Kyeremanten ‘begs’ Kennedy Agyapong to ditch NPP for his movement

An Independent Presidential Candidate for the 2024 General Election, Alan John Kwadwo Kyeremanten has asked New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful, Kennedy Agyapong to ditch the party and join his Movement For Change.

The former Tarde and Industry Minister who recently resigned from the ruling party want the the Assin Central MP to withdraw from the NPP’s presidential race and come align with him.

According to Mr Kyeremanten, the move would be of great benefit to the development of Ghana.

In an interview on Kumasi-based Silver TV monitored by Angelonline.com.gh, he said “Kennedy Agyapong and I are good brothers, and we equally have similar ambitions, hence, working collectively will help develop a better Ghana.”

He added that, Ghanaians will be fortunate to have the two prominent personalities with great ambitions ruling the country.

“The needs of Ghanaians will be fully resolved when we (Kennedy and Alan) put our forces together because our ideologies are similar,” he expressed.

The failed NPP presidential aspirant furthered that he will willingly welcome Kennedy Agyapong into his movement on any given day.
