The United Press for Development Network (UPDN) on Sunday, July 12, 2020, congratulated Mr. Adakabre Frimpong Manso on his nomination as running mate of Ghana Freedom Party’s Akua Donkor.

The President of UPDN, Kofi Asante Mensah said they believe the ace broadcast journalist has all the qualities to work with madam Akua Donkor to vie for the highest office of the land.
“Mr. Frimpong Manso’s values, ethics, credentials and achievements as Broadcaster, Lawyer, Transport Manager among others in our opinion, will consolidate some positive strides for GFP in the upcoming election”, Mr. Asante Mensah stated.
The veteran journalist, Adakabre Frimpong Manso on Friday, July 10, 2020, confirmed his acceptance to Kofi Adoma Nwanwani on Accra-based Angel FM after the leader and founder of Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor exclusively disclosed on Angel 102.9 FM a day earlier that she has settled on Adakabre as running mate.
