The Director of News at Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) who also doubles as a news anchor at Angel 102.9FM, Kofi Adomah Nwanwanii, has been nominated for this year’s National Communication Awards.

The versatile presenter who is the main anchor for the Evening news of the station gained nomination in the awards scheme which seeks to celebrates the achievements of media personalities and programmes who are contributing to the development of the country.

‘Koo Nie’ as he is affectionately called proved his uniqueness in news presenting as he has taken Angel FM’s Evening News to another level since joining the Angel Broadcasting Network on June 1, 2020.

The evening news of the station which is also aired on Angel TV is the most listened to and watched news in the country now.

He has also carved a niche for himself and has proven to the whole world that he is the best when it comes to news reading.

Kofi Adomah is competing with the likes of Ama Sarpong Kumankuma Gyasi – Despite Media, Maame Afia Nyarkoaa – Vision 1 Fm, Pomaah Kyekyeku – Kasapa FM, Nana Asare Berimah – Plan B FM in the Radio Newscaster of the year category.
