The Head of News and Current Affairs at Angel TV, a subsidiary of Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN), Nana Yaa Brefo, has been nominated for this year’s National Communication Awards.
Nana who has gained recognition for her hard work throughout her media journey has been nominated in the Media woman of year category for the 2020 edition of the award which seeks to celebrate excellence in the media.
Her unique presentation skills has endeared her to television morning show enthusiasts as one of the best in the industry.
The female morning show host who has teamed up with the king of morning shows, Captain Smart has taken morning show to a different level ever since they both joined the ABN brand.
Nana Yaa will be competing with the likes of Afia Pokua – Despite Media, Cynthia Tima Yeboah– Adom TV, Portia Gabor – TV3, Jessica Opare Saforo – Citi FM for the ultimate award.
She has also carved a niche for herself and has proven that she is indeed the best when it comes to news reading and program hosting.
