Four children were burnt to death after fire gut their four-bedroom house in Fise, near Amasaman Fise in the Ga West Municipality of Accra.
The children were said to be sleeping in a room in the house when the incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
The cause of the fire remains unknown.
According to an eye witness, the mother of the children had allegedly locked them up and left for church when the incident occurred.
Angel FM’s Eugene Osei Barima reported that a gas cylinder also exploded in the inferno.
