The President, Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed the Chief of Naval Staff, Rear Admiral Seth Amoama to act as the new Chief of Defence Staff effective 5the February, 2021.
He will replace Lt Gen Obed Akwa who is the CDS.
Rear Admiral Issah Adams Yakubu has also been appointed the new Chief of Naval Staff.
