The Police in Kasoa in the Awutu Senya District of the Central Region have arrested two teenagers over the gruesome murder of an 11-year-old boy.

The two teenagers, aged 16 and 17 years were arrested on Saturday afternoon after news broke that the boy, Ishmael Mensah had been murdered and buried in an uncompleted building in Lamptey Mills, a suburb of the populous town near Ghana’s capital, Accra.

According to a statement from the Police, the teenagers upon their arrest confessed to the Police that they buried the late teenager in the uncompleted building after clubbing him to death.

They had intended to exhume the body later in the night, cut off his parts and submitted them to a Fetish Priest in the Volta Region who had earlier requested they submitted human parts for money rituals.
