Member of Parliament for Tema Central Constituency, Yves Hanson-Nortey, has debunked allegations about his alleged involvement in a GH₵22.5 million fraud.
According to the MP who is Director of APRX Petroleum Ghana Limited, the fraudulent act was rather perpetuated against his company, which resulted in a debt.
In his rejoinder to publications carrying the allegations, he noted, “the criminal element of this matter has been under investigation by the Ghana Police Service since 2020”, while adding that the civil aspect of it is “being pursued in the High Court Accra and I intend to defend the matter to its logical conclusion.”
