Charles Nii Armah Mensah better known as Shatta Wale and his accomplices have been granted bail by an Accra Circuit Court.
They were granted bail to the tune of GH¢100,000 each today, Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
The dancehall artiste had a self recognised bail, while his associates had one surety each.
In a similar development, hiplife artiste, Medikal, has been granted bail after five days on remand.
The court presided over by Judge Emmanuel Marvin Essandoh granted bail to Medikal in the sum of GH¢100,000 with one surety.
He was remanded by a Circuit Court in Accra on October 22, 2021, for allegedly brandishing his Ruger 9mm pistol in a video he posted on Snapchat.
He has since been charged with the display of arms and ammunition.
The case has however be adjourned to November 9, 2021.
