The Ashanti Regional Police yesterday, 1st November, 2021, arrested the Municipal Chief Executive nominee for Juaben in the Ashanti Region to assist Police investigations.
Mr Alex Safo Kantanka was arrested following a viral video in which he was seen bribing Assembly members to approve his nomination as MCE for the area.
In the viral video, Mr Kantanka was seen arguing with some Assembly members and demanding that his money be returned to him.
