Ghana Premier League’s reigning champions, Accra Hearts of Oak remains winless in the ongoing 2021/22 season after Sunday’s draw with Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The phobians were held to a 1-1 draw by the Dormaa side as their frustrations continued in search for their first ever win.

Hearts Of Oak took the lead after 9 minutes into the first half after striker Kofi Kordzi slot home from a well rehearsed built up play.

Coach Samuel Boadu’s men having failed to increase their chances following few chances created, the Ogya boys threw all their Arsenals forward to equalize through Bright Adjei from the spot kick.

The game ended 1-1, meaning the defending champions have struggled to register a win although they are yet to taste a defeat.

Elsewhere, King Faisal equalled Asante Kotoko’s record of three straight wins after defeating local rivals AshantiGold in an all Ashanti derby.
