A crash involving an Hyundai imperial transport bus and a tipper truck has claimed two lives leaving some eight passengers with severe injuries.
The gory crash is reported to have occurred on the dawn of Tuesday November 23, 2021 at Esuehyia on the Mankesim-Accra road.
According to witnesses at the scene, the bus with registration number GT 6472-20 crashed into the tipper truck which was parked by the roadside.
The driver of the tipper truck at the time of the incident is believed to have been away attending to nature’s call.
The bus on the other hand is reported to have been speeding leading to its crash into the tipper and the sudden death of two passengers who were occupying the front seats.
Meanwhile the eight who have sustained severe injuries have been conveyed to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital and other nearby hospital.
