Ghanaian actor and politician, John Dumelo has rewarded some farmers in the Guan District with some farming tools to aid their farming activities.
According to him the people of Santrokofi, Akpafu, Lipke and Lolobi (SALL) were left out of the farmers day celebrations last week so the John Dumelo Foundation has decided to reward farmers across the Guan district with some farming implements.
John Dumelo added that the beneficiaries should expect greater rewards come next year, 2022.
“Hopefully next year will do it bigger and better “he wrote on his social media handle.
The people of SALL in the Oti Region do not have a defined district since the new region was carved from the Volta Region.
The developmental situation of the people living in that area has been worsened because they failed to have a representative in parliament in the 2020 election.
After John Dumelo’s post some Twitter users congratulated him and urged him to do more.
