Ex-Black Stars goalie Fatau Dauda set to join Asante Kotoko

Former Black Stars goalkeeper, Fatau Dauda is on the verge of joining premiership side, Asante Kotoko.

Angelonline.com.gh gathered that Fatau has agreed personal terms with the league leaders in a short-term deal. The agreement is pending official announcement from the club.

The addition of the former Ashanti Gold stopper is expected to strengthen the fabulous goalkeeping department after the departure of Razak Abalora to Sheriff Tiraspol.

However, an official club announcement of the deal would be made when the player passes medicals.

The former Eyimba FC, Chippa United and Orlando Pirates player have been without a club since 2021 after leaving premier league outfit, Legon Cities.

In other development, Sulley Muntari has joined Accra Hearts of Oak on a year contract.

Meanwhile, ex-Asante Kotoko right back, Samuel Inkoom is closing in on a move to reunion with his former club.
