Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has praised Cameroonian import, Frank Mbella Etouga following his exploits in the team’s 3-1 victory over Accra Lions FC on Saturday.
The in-form striker scored three goals to complete a hat-trick for the porcupines in the week 17 fixtures of the ongoing Ghana Premier League at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Speaking at the post match conference, Coach Ogum commended his boys for their display and described Mbella as a “super player.”
“You know him already; he is a super player. I don’t know what to tell him, but congratulations to him” he told StarTimes.
Frank Mbella having scored 11 goals so far tops the league’s scorers chart.
The win propelled Kotoko to extend their lead on the league table to 36 points, six points off second placed Bechem United and 13 clear from rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
