The Accra Regional Police Command has invited the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe also known as ‘Abronye DC’ to assist with investigations over an allegations he allegedly made against former President, John Dramani Mahama.
According to the Police, the NPP Communicator alleged that Mr. Mahama is allegedly planning to stage a coup.
The vociferous politician is expected to report at the Police Regional Headquarters today, Tuesday, February 15, 2022 to assist the police with investigations.
A statement signed by the Director-General of Public Affairs at the Ghana Police Service, DCOP Kwesi Ofori, said Abronye DC will be arrested if he fails to honour the invitation.
