Chief Operation Officer of Jospong Group honoured with global women achievers award

The Chief Operating Officer (COO)-Environmental Sanitation Cluster, Jospong Group of Companies (JGC), Mrs. Florence Larbi, has been honoured with a Global Women Achievers Award (TGWWA), 2022 from India.

The award was presented to her via zoom in recognition of her contributions in the environmental and sanitation space in Ghana.

In a citation accompanying the award, Mrs. Larbi is recognised for her huge contributions towards the transformation and expansion of the Jospong Group of Companies.

“With great passion for growing a local brand coupled with hard work, she was promoted and appointed the General Manager of Zoomlion Ghana Limited,” the citation read.

The citation further praised the awardee for her commitment towards the management of municipal solid waste in Ghana.

In a brief remark, Mrs. Florence Larbi thanked the organisers for the recognition and urged all women in the Ghanaian society to always aim high.

Moreover, the groups Chief Corporate Communication Officer, Ms. Sophia Kudjordji, was also awarded with a Global Women Achievers Award for her impactful role in the communication space.

The Global Women Achievers Awards is organised annually by CMO Global and World Women Leadership and Congress & Awards–all in India.

It is aimed at honouring outstanding women who have impacted societies positively and to also celebrates those who have excelled in various spheres of life.
