Accra Hearts of Oak announces signing of three new players

Continental Club masters, Accra Hearts of Oak, have announced the capture of three new players to strengthen the team ahead of the 2022/23 Ghana League Season.

The new players are in the shape of goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi from Legon Cities, Zakaria Yakubu from All Blacks, and Cameroonian forward Junior Kaba from Fauvre FC.

Eric Ofori Antwi who decided not to extend his stay with the Royals following the expiration of his contract, finally signed a three-year contract with the Phobians after several weeks of negotiations.

The inclusion of the 27-year-old stopper will be a plus to Coach Samuel Boadu’s side going into the new season and the CAF champions league campaign.

Meanwhile, the rainbow club took to their official Twitter handle to confirm and announce the capturing of the trio, revealing that they underwent successful medicals and will soon join their colleagues at camp for the preseason training.

Zakaria Yakubu, a defender from All Black Stars signed for the Phobians on four years contract.

Also, the Cameroonian import, Junior Kaba, has joined the Accra-based premier league outfit from Fauvre FC.
