A total of 97 Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) trainees have been employed by a Chinese firm Sinostone Bioethanol Manufacturing Ltd (SBML) in the North Tongu Constituency of the Volta Region.

The job was secured by the timely interventions of the Member of Parliament (MP) for the area, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.

It follows the expiration of the NABCO programme for beneficiaries from today, 1 September 2022, with all beneficiaries expected to vacate their post to that effect.

Mr Ablakwa noted to the effect of the expiration that, he negotiated with management of the Chinese firm Sinostone Bioethanol Manufacturing Limited (SBML), where he successfully secured the jobs.
