FRIMPRINCE Music Production which operates under Emmanuel Anane Frimpong, owner and Executive Producer, has worked together with the Gospel Musician since the year 2000.

However, contained the statement of termination, Mr Anane Frimpong cited alleged breaches of contract by Diana Asamoah which goes against their agreed working conditions.

The statement outlining some terms and conditions to be complied with by the gospel musician said Diana Asamoah is restricted from referring to Mr Anane Frimpong as her executive producer.

To wit, Diana Asamoah will no longer have access to any of the party’s digital platforms (Social Media) including the Facebook page that bears the name “The Evangelist Diana Asamoah”.

“You are restricted from using these Frimprince logo on any of your new songs. We dissociate ourselves from the ABBA FATHER event which was our creative idea to build your brand.

“We also wish to dissociate ourselves from the MABOWODIN company and all its accounts,” the statement added.

They declared that “Frimprince shall continue to have absolute rights over all nine songs that were produced under the production,” which includes some famous songs such as ‘Wo Na Mani Agyina Wo, ‘Mabowodin’, ‘Wo Damu Fua’, ‘Akoko Abon’, ‘Madansidie’ ‘Pentecost Gya’ ‘Pentecost Soree’, ‘Momomme’ and Tetelesta.

FRIMPRINCE Music Productions thus warned that failure to comply with the terms may result in legal action.
