The Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMet) has warned the public of thunderstorms and heavy rains scheduled to commence 6:00 am Monday, September 26.
“Thunderstorm and rain is expected to prevail over the country this morning from the northern sector to the middle sector”, portions of a weather forecast reads.
According to GMET, places such as Kasoa, Accra, Aflao, Cape Coast, Takoradi, and Axim will experience rainfall this morning per their forecast released around 5:00 am on Monday.
“The southern half of the country is expected to experience thunderstorm and rain this afternoon into the evening as the northern half remain mostly cloudy in the day followed by thunderstorm and min in the evening.”
