The Founder of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, alias Nana Agradaa, has been kept in police custody despite granted bail in the sum of GH¢ 50,000 with three sureties.

This was after an Accra Circuit Court nine presided over by Justice Samuel Acquah granted her bail following an oral bail application by her lawyers in court Monday, October 17, 2022.

Nana Agradaa, has pleaded not guilty to the charges of charlatanic advertisement and six counts of defrauding by false pretence she is facing at two different courts.

Although, she’d been granted bail in court nine, she will remain in custody and will reappear in court ten on October 24, 2022.

This is because she is facing charges at a different Court (Court 9 and Court 10) on one count of charlatanic advertisement and five counts of defrauding by false pretence

Her case at Court nine has been adjourned to November 10, 2022.

Lawyers of the accused suggested the court orders for the arrest of the complainants since sending money for doubling is illegal hence the need for the complainants to be arrested.
