“Yesterday, I graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science – LSE with an MSc. in International Strategy and Diplomacy. This has been the culmination of a very demanding yet rewarding year,”

“The challenge of Parliament and my constituency coupled with the work being done on the Private Members Bill my colleagues and I are sponsoring, to having to study the course in person with the demands of family life as an added layer of responsibility, have taught me one thing – determination, grit and planning achieve everything.

“As the first ever Ghanaian student on this programme at the LSE IDEAS, I am confident that the knowledge learnt would be put to use in service to our motherland, Ghana. GOD bless our homeland and make her great and strong,” Sam George added.

To him, his latest academic pursuit has not just opened a new vista in his career path but made him “know the causes of things”, as the saying of the LSE motto goes.

The NDC MP further expressed gratitude to his colleagues and family for their support.

“I’m grateful to the academic faculty, my dissertation supervisor, my colleagues and my loving family for the support in the past year as I embarked on this odyssey. My ultimate gratitude is to the LORD for His infinite grace and provision which made what was just a dream possible.”
