According to management of the power distribution company, since sports serves as a unifying activity hence, they decided to use that as one way to enhance the current smooth working relationship between ECG and the customers/public in the district.

They also used the medium to “appreciate the beauty of working hand in hand” with customers in the area following the differences that had occurred between the two parties some years ago.

And added that it was to “serve as a reconciliatory activity and also to have fun with a cross section of the public.”
